Our reception staff will be happy to advise you of the consultation fee upon booking an appointment over the telephone. Fees for consultation along with other necessary forms will also be emailed to you for your convenience upon booking an appointment.

Surgical fees are billed directly to the Health Insurance Providers. There is sometimes an out-of pocket co-payment which can vary depending on the type and complexity of surgery or procedure. Patients will be advised, in writing, after the consultation, the amount of gap payment.

Fees for uninsured patients are advised by the accounts manager upon request.

This practice also caters for Work Cover patients and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) patients.

Payment on the day of consultation is much appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that at times appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so by phoning the practice on (07) 3345-6667 where one of our administration staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Please allow at least 1 day’s notice so that we can offer your spot to the patients on our consultation waiting list.

It is preferred that cancellations are not emailed to the practice.

This practice reserves the right to change its policy regarding cancellations without notice.
